Linux platform and select the guest OS RHEL 5 64bit
Go to VM Edit settings and goto options TAB and select General than click advanced options
Enter the Content as shown
Go to ESX Configuration TAB and select Networking link - click the vSwitch propeties where the virtual machine attached
Click edit vSwitch properties
Go to Security TAB and select Promiscuous mode to "Accept"
